Who is Authorized to Sign Contracts on Behalf of the University?
By statute, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ Tech’s Board of Trustees is responsible for entering into contracts on behalf of the university. All other officers and employees of the university must receive written authority to sign contracts.
The President of the university, the Provost, the Vice President of Finance and Administration, the Director of Procurement and Risk Management, are among those delegated authority to perform the university’s day-to-day contracting activities.
