Living on campus is a great way to make life-long friends, meet people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, participate in campus activities, and develop a close-knit community with your peers.

All residential buildings are only accessible by current residential students. Please call the Housing Office at 541-885-1094 or at the number posted on the exterior doors if you need assistance. Our Klamath Falls campus offers two housing facilities to allow students to stay on campus as they study, which comes with a host of perks. In addition to convenience, staying on campus has been shown to improve academic success. It allows you to fully immerse yourself in the campus culture, make lasting friendships with people of diverse backgrounds, and partake in countless activities—including annual traditions such as Tech Con and Spring Fling.

Late-night study sessions. Workouts in the Recreation Center. Board games in the study room. BBQs in the Quad with friends. Living on campus provides experiences that shape your time at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech—and your future.

  • Winter term housing applications open Tuesday November 12th.
  • Last day to cancel Housing Application is August 15th to get your housing deposit refunded. 
  • Confimation payment or deferment is due September 1st. (You must cancel you housing contract before September 15th to get your confimation payment refunded)

The Klamath Falls campus offers two housing facilities. The Residence Hall offers double rooms with bathroom and shower rooms in each community as well as shared kitchens on each floor. The Village has student apartments that include three-, four-, and five-bedroom units, all furnished with a common living area. The Portland-Metro campus does not offer on campus housing, but there are many apartment buildings near campus, both in Wilsonville and in the surrounding communities. Rates vary depending on the housing facility. Current rates are posted below for a full academic year for a shared room in the Residence Hall and for a full academic year for apartments in the Village, which consist of private bedrooms with common living areas. Students living in university housing must choose a meal plan. First year students living campus for the first time at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech must choose from either meal plan 1 or 2. Meal plan 3 is solely for student who are returning to on-campus housing at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech who have lived on campus in a previous year. Different plans offer a varying number of meals and amounts of Owl Bucks. Owl Bucks are usable at all dining facilities across campus. .
