Congratulations on your offer of admission!

If you are admitted to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech's Klamath Falls or Portland-Metro campus as a first-year, transfer, post-baccalaureate, or graduate/master's student, then you must confirm your attendance and pay your enrollment deposit before you can enroll in courses. Online, non-degree seeking, and readmit students do not need to submit an enrollment deposit.

How to pay your enrollment deposit

Step 1: Confirm your attendance by .

Note: If prompted to log in, use the email address you used to start your application with us and not your official Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech email. Password reset links will be sent to the email address you provided in your application.

Step 2: Reserve your spot in the incoming class by paying your enrollment deposit.

Note: This deposit is applied to your tuition and is refundable until the deposit deadline. Deadlines vary by student type and starting term.

Deposit Deadlines

Summer/Fall term: May 1 (first-years), July 1 (transfers), August 23 (all other students).
Winter term: December 1 for all students.
Spring term: March 1 for all students.

Note: Deposits will still be accepted after the deadline but are nonrefundable.

First-Year Student

If attending Klamath Falls and you want to live on campus, housing applications are available online in January. Secure your spot by filling out the application and paying the $150 housing deposit. Both need to be received before your application is accepted. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must pay the enrollment deposit before applying for housing.

Fall Term: Housing is guaranteed if we receive your application and deposit by May 1.

You will receive an email confirmation when your housing application is complete, as well as the Next Step information to participate in Choose Your Room.

On-Campus Housing

Fall Term: New Wings is a registration program designed to position incoming students for successful beginnings here at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech. You will need to complete the Priority Enrollment form after selecting a New Wings session. The form will become available on your Application Status page after you've registered for New Wings.

Winter, Spring, and Summer Terms: Your Priority Enrollment Form will become available prior to the beginning of registration for your term. Once you complete the form, your Academic Advisor will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Fall Term: Complete all applicable placement testing by June 1 or two weeks prior to your New Wings event.
Winter Term: Complete all applicable placement testing by December 15.
Spring Term: Complete all applicable placement testing by March 15.

All incoming first-year students from high school, homeschool, or with a GED must take the ALEKS Math Placement Exam.

Access My Health Portal via "My Health" in to submit:

  • Health History
  • Dates of 2 MMR (Measles, Mumps, & Rubella) vaccines

Your final transcript must have your graduation date posted and is required to be on file with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech in order for you to attend classes. If you submitted self-reported test scores when you applied to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech, we will need the official test score record to complete your review.
