Congratulations to our very own ˿Ƶ Tech mascot, Hootie the Owl, for being crowned 2023 mascot champion on #NationalMascotDay ! 🏆 Hootie flew all the way to San Antonio, TX (and boy, must his arms be tired) to train and compete alongside mascots from all over the United States and Canada, networking with professionals from the NBA, NFL, NHL, and MLB. 🏆 Here at ˿Ƶ Tech, we take pride in our athletics programs, and our mascot is no exception.

At 42 years old, I've accomplished my lifelong dream of earning a bachelor's degree! Juggling multiple responsibilities, including occasional classes, full-time work, and being a single mom through most of it, I've learned that it's never too late to chase your aspirations or invest in education. Now, with my nights and weekends finally freed up, I'm excited to dedicate more time to the activities I adore and cherish precious moments with my loved ones.
