To say we enjoyed our first day would be an understatement. We began with Donuts and Directions at both campuses, where helpful employees provided a smile, a treat, and information, and then we enjoyed lunch outside in Klamath and inside at Portland-Metro. There are many more activities planned over the next week and we look forward to enjoying them with our students and getting out into our communities. 🦉💙

Consistency is key. You saw two weeks ago that ˿Ƶ Tech was ranked No. 15 in Bachelor’s Colleges by Washington Monthly magazine, and today U.S. News & World Report recognized ˿Ƶ Tech as the No. 2 Top Public College in the West, No. 6 Best Western Regional Colleges, No. 29 Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs, and No. 3 Best Western Regional Colleges for Veterans. 🎉 Hands-on experience is one of the benefits that set us apart from other schools.

Industry partnerships are a highlight of the ˿Ƶ Tech experience. Electrical Engineering instructor Jason Sullins includes a tour of Sunstone Circuits during his Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Summer Boot Camp to provide insight into designing circuit boards for manufacturability. Thank you, Jason and Sunstone, for keeping this student experience alive during the summer!
