Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ officially designated as Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Polytechnic University
Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ (Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech) has received official designation from the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Legislature as Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Polytechnic University through the passage of House Bill 2472A. The designation identifies Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech as the state’s polytechnic university, specializing in tech-infused degrees and a unique teaching and learning approach that is hands-on, experiential and project-based.

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech and Faculty Union reach tentative agreement on the inaugural contract
A five-year contract was agreed between Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech and its Faculty Union early Tuesday morning (May 4, 2021). Both parties came to terms after 1 year, 4 months and 28 days of negotiations. Inaugural contracts are known to take a very long time to come to fruition, and these negotiations vastly occurred during a global pandemic.
