1.    Why did you choose Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech?
As an Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech alumni, I had heard of the DPT program being built back in 2011, and told myself that I would go to PT school if it ever came to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech. In the meantime, I would go on to become a licensed massage therapist for the last 10 years. When I caught wind that the program would be starting, I jumped on the opportunity.

2.    What do you like most about your program?
I like being in a small cohort, this allows for a very personal connection to the faculty and to the other students.

3.    What are you passionate about changing within this particular field and why?
I am not personally interested in changing the field. I am a clinician at heart and soul. I will put my whole being into the day-to-day  patient care at a local clinic here in Klamath Falls. However, a return to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech to teach future generations might be an avenue I would pursue if given the opportunity.

4.    What have been some of your favorite classes and why?
All of the Direct Patient Care classes have been wonderful. Especially Management of neurological conditions (I & II) as well as treatment of musculoskeletal conditions (I & II). However, my absolute favorite has been the opportunity to participate in a clinical rotation setting at a local clinic here in town, and I look forward to more of these experiences. 

5.    Is there anything about Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech that you wish everyone knew about?
The hidden gem of southern Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. 

6.    Is there anything more that you would like to share with future students about campus/what you wish you knew before beginning your program?
A good foundation of neuroanatomy and biochemistry is not necessary but will help in understanding key concepts.
