The ˿����Ƶ Tech Foundation surpassed a historic milestone this year, awarding $1,030,000 in scholarships to ˿����Ƶ Tech students. The new record was celebrated Oct. 29 as participants gathered at the Klamath Falls campus and live-streamed to a gathering at the Portland-Metro campus for the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet.

Five talented ˿����Ƶ (˿����Ƶ Tech) students have been awarded a DeArmond Manufacturing Fellows Scholarship, which provides a four-year scholarship to cover tuition and fees to pursue a degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.

Cynthia Roe, a Civil Engineering student at ˿����Ƶ Tech, has been selected as recipient of the 2020-21 ˿����Ƶ undergraduate Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Scholarship, a scholarship valued at $2,500 to promote the advancement of the transportation profession by providing financial assistance to students pursuing degrees in transportation engineering or other related fields.

Garrett Oman, senior in Civil Engineering at ˿����Ƶ, “˿����Ƶ Tech,” has been selected as recipient of the APWA Civil Engineering Scholarship from the ˿����Ƶ American Public Works Association (APWA) Scholastic Foundation.

Anna Sheadel, senior in Civil Engineering at ˿����Ƶ, “˿����Ƶ Tech,” has been selected as recipient of the APWA-Asphalt Pavement Association of ˿����Ƶ Scholarship from the ˿����Ƶ American Public Works Association (APWA) Scholastic Foundation.

˿����Ƶ Tech is the first public university in ˿����Ƶ to form this scholarship pathway with Phi Theta Kappa, an international honor society of two-year colleges and academic programs
