Vision

˿Ƶ Tech Wellbeing cultivates a student body that is actively invested in their own mental health and resilience while sustaining a workplace that enhances employee wellbeing and engagement.

Mission

The Center for Wellbeing spearheads a strategic research-based, campus-wide approach to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the entire ˿Ƶ Tech community.
 

Center for Wellbeing Goals

Employee wellbeing will improve as a result of participation in the wellbeing initiative.   

  • Strengthening referral pipeline  and partnerships in the community
  • Wellbeing programming (Wellbeing Fair, workshops, Fun Run)
  • Promoting resources (TechRec, EAP, PEBB programs)
  • Encouraging healthy workspaces (ergonomics)
     

˿Ƶ Tech employees will demonstrate increased workplace engagement.

  • Employee Mentoring Program
  • Tech Affinity Groups (TAG)
  • Campus-wide events (˿Ƶ Tech Games, ˿Ƶ Tech Night at the Epicenter)


     

The ˿Ƶ Tech community will support and enhance resiliency.

  • Marketing campaign to promote Resiliency (Academic Spaces)
  • Training faculty to support Growth Mindset in the classroom
  • Workshops for employees on increasing personal Resiliency
  • Sessions with RA’s and SOAR focusing on “Bouncing Forward”

     

Student wellbeing will improve as a result of the wellbeing initiative.
