A Little Bit Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Me

I have a love for the outdoors and a love for making things. I come from a small town of Scappoose where I work over breaks as an intern at OMIC, where I get to advance the frontier of advanced manufacturing. When I'm not outside fishing/camping, or inside studying, you can often find me exercising and lifting weights in order to improve my physical health.

Why I Chose Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech and My Major

I chose mechanical engineering because I have always been a maker and by studying ME I can do that better. I chose Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech because not only do I get the prime small school advantages while learning here, but I also get to participate in one of (if not the) best mechanical engineering programs on the west coast.

My Influential Professors

The professor that has most influenced me so far is Kevin Brown (who is not only the head of communications department but also the rugby coach)

My Greatest Learning Experience At Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech

The greatest learning experience that I have had at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech has been learning technical drawing standards in my CAD class with Irina Demeshko. There is so much detail and minutia that goes into every design that it's fascinating.

My Plans After Graduation

After I graduate from Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech, I hope to continue to work at OMIC, but this time as a researcher and remain in my hometown doing a job that I love.
