This past weekend, a group of four of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech’s Bio-Health Sciences students (Sydney Dalin, Gage Delzotti, Lydia Poss, and Carley Rogers) traveled to the Microbiology Student Symposium at UC Berkeley.
In addition to hearing about cutting-edge research from graduate students and postdocs and keynote addresses from faculty at Stanford and Duke, these students presented two posters on their work this year studying the cyanobacteria from Upper Klamath Lake. They also enjoyed meals at some local Berkeley institutions.
The student posters will be displayed at IdeaFest on June 7th. Mark it on your calendars to come ask the students about their research and their Berkeley experience!
