The Alumni Battle of the Decades returns in 2 weeks! Who will take out the teens? The 2010s are the reigning champions of last year's Alumni Battle of the Decades: a friendly competition where all alumni from the 1950s to the historic 2020s compete to determine which decade can join together with the most alumni donors on Give A Hoot Day! The challenge bell rings at midnight (PST) on April 20, 2022! Thanks to a fellow alumnus, $22 will be added to the first 300 alumni donations in addition to the 1:1 Give A Hoot Day matching opportunities! For example, your $100 gift grows to $222! $100 (Your Gift) + $100 (Give A Hoot Day Match) + $22 (1st 300 Alumni Donors) = $222! to the fund of your choice! The decade with the most alumni donors when the match closes at 11:59 p.m. PST on April 20, 2022, will be crowned the reigning champion of the Battle of the Decades and an additional $2,100 will be awarded to the top 3 funds ($700/each) supported by the most alumni in the winning decade!
