Kennedy Jantzi, is a Business Management major and a softball athlete at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech. For her senior project, she is combining her knowledge of business with her passion for softball in the development of a business plan for a club softball organization she intends to launch after graduation. The business plan includes the start-up, facilities, and training requirements, as well as a competitive analysis, and marketing, recruitment and retention strategies. She is being mentored by Jami Strinz, founder of PNZ Shamrock Softball in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ. Senior projects are designed to challenge students with real world business problems, as well as give them an opportunity to gain industry experience prior to graduation.
