In 2019, Klamath Community College (KCC) and ˿����Ƶ Tech created the Badger to Owl Connection (BOC) to promote college access, affordability, and bachelor’s degree completion for more students in Klamath County. Now, one of the first students to take advantage of the program, Isabel Ocampo Solano, is expected to graduate in June from ˿����Ƶ Tech’s Applied Psychology Program. She shared, “Don’t hesitate to apply and make the commitment. It’s a great way to save and a great motivation to stay on track with your grades.” While participating in the BOC program, students at KCC receive group “co-advising” from KCC and ˿����Ƶ Tech. When they transition to ˿����Ƶ Tech, participants receive tuition remissions for two academic terms, in addition to being eligible for other scholarships and remissions.
