Three faculty and three senior students from ˿����Ƶ Tech’s Medical Imaging Technology programs attended the 50th-anniversary Association of Collegiate Educators in Radiologic Technology conference in Las Vegas at the beginning of February. Radiologic Science Student Participants: ✨ Callie Brown, a senior extern at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington, Brown presented “Evolution of Leadership: A Long Conversation” alongside faculty and a student from another radiology program. ✨ Kasey Goslow, a senior extern at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. ✨ Izabelle Pool, a senior extern at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Tallahassee, Florida. Faculty Participants: ✨ Wendy Rogers, Radiologic Science Clinical Coordinator and ˿����Ƶ Tech alumnus. ✨ Rick Hoylman, Professor and Program Director of the Nuclear Medicine program, ˿����Ƶ Tech alumnus, presented “Global Health Equity Medical Imaging Opportunities with RAD-AID.” ✨ Don McDonnell, Professor and Program Director of the Radiologic Science program, ˿����Ƶ Tech alumnus, presented “Physics Review and Patient Care – Let’s Talk Real World.”
