Three Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech faculty and 25 students are on an international study abroad trip, exploring Finland and Estonia during their first week. The trip is a collaboration between Drs. Sonja Bickford, Nate Bickford, and Jherime Kellerman. It brings students from different programs of study together to explore history, politics, culture, engineering, people, innovation, technology, business practices, environment, communication, marketing, and more. 12 different Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech programs are represented on the trip! The group recently visited Turku University of Applied Sciences for a campus tour and a lecture about studies and university culture. They also had the opportunity to meet the US Ambassador to Finland and the President/Rector of Turku University of Applied Sciences, and they discussed international education. The group's journey will continue to Sweden and Iceland next!
