Biography
Rick earned his B.S. Allied Health with a major in Medical Technology from Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech in 1988. Rick then trained at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, OR in Nuclear Medicine Technology in 1989 and became registered with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board. After working at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Health Sciences University in Portland, OR for almost ten years, Rick returned to Klamath Falls to work at Sky Lakes Medical Center for two years. Rick began teaching in the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Technology program at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech in Klamath Falls, OR in 2002 and earned his Master in Management degree from Southern Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ University in 2006. Rick was appointed Program Director of the Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Technology program in 2006 and has served in that position ever since. While teaching at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech, Rick also worked at Klamath Heart Clinic in Klamath Falls, OR and at Group Health Eastside Hospital in Redmond, WA. Rick served on the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Board of Medical Imaging from 2015-2018. Rick is a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging and holds licenses in Nuclear Medicine in Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and California.
