The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Together speaker series continued in February with an in-depth look at the Associated Students of Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ (ASOIT). The president from the Klamath Falls campus, Mason Wichmann, and the president from the Portland-Metro campus, Peter Wantuck, both shared how student government has continued to work with students and clubs throughout these challenging times.

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Together: A Conversation with Craig Campbell
The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Together speaker series continued in April with your backstage pass to the (OMIC R&D). Trent LaMont, current Mechanical Engineering student and DeArmond Fellow, interviewed Craig Campbell, the Executive Director of OMIC R&D. This research facility located in Scappoose, OR is a collaborative space bringing together industry, higher education and government where Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech serves as the host, building owner and landlord. This is a great opportunity to learn about the exciting innovation happening at OMIC R&D and its significance in the region.

The Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Together speaker series concluded the 2020-2021 academic year with one more conversation to share, this time with Dr. Ken Fincher, the Vice President of University Advancement and the Executive Director of the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Foundation. Dr. Fincher was interviewed by alumnus, James DeHoog '98. James is on the board of directors for the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech Foundation, an entrepreneur and a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist.
