What is a Group Visit?

We look forward to welcoming your group to the Klamath Falls or Portland-Metro campus! A campus visit is an excellent way to introduce your students to the college experience as they set goals for their academic career. Group visits are intended for grades 7-12 or community college groups - we do not schedule visits for K-6.
We can customize the visit to meet the needs of your group and may include:

  • Campus tour led by a Tech Ambassador (1 hour and 30 minutes)
  • Admissions presentation or Q&A (30 minutes)
  • Financial Aid Presentation (30 minutes)
  • Faculty meetings (variable)

To Request a Group Visit:

High School and Community College: Contact the Admissions Office at oit@oit.edu or 541-885-1150.

Middle School Group Visits (7th-8th grade): Contact the Office of Educational Partnerships & Outreach at 541-885-1844 or outreach@oit.edu.

Your visit is not confirmed until you hear back from Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech. You will receive a follow-up email where you will be able to confirm arrival and departure times, as well as any additional presentations or activities.

We look forward to hosting you!

General tours related to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech's health programs will not include the viewing of whole cadavers. However, an Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech instructor may choose to incorporate the viewing of human organs (such as a brain) if the instructor feels this is appropriate.

Instructors may, at their discretion, choose to incorporate whole cadaver viewing as part of the experience for groups visiting campus for a specific course (e.g. Anatomy & Physiology).

In all cases, visits to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech's cadaver lab will be preceded by a briefing about ethics and etiquette.
