In response to the growing demand for competent practitioners of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ˿Ƶ Tech offers Undergraduate and Graduate coursework that prepares students for these high-demand positions!

 

Whether enrolled at ˿Ƶ Tech's Portland-Metro or Klamath Falls campus, students obtain the skills needed to meet the demand for well-qualified, credentialed providers at the state and national level. Opportunities for supervised clinical work through applied experience in actual practice settings are available through a network of community partners.

M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis

˿Ƶ's first master's degree in applied behavior analysis, the MS ABA curriculum focuses on providing a rigorous and thorough foundation in the science of behavior analysis. Students will be prepared to apply the principles of behavior analysis with diverse populations and in a wide variety of settings. ˿Ƶ Tech’s MS ABA prepares students to meet national certification and ˿Ƶ licensure requirements.
 

Graduate Coursework

M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis

˿Ƶ's only master's degree in applied behavior analysis, the MS-ABA curriculum focuses on providing a rigorous and thorough foundation in the science of behavior analysis. Students will be prepared to apply the principles of behavior analysis with diverse populations and in a wide variety of settings. ˿Ƶ Tech’s MS-ABA prepares students to meet national certification and ˿Ƶ licensure requirements.

Courses are taught on the Klamath Falls and Portland-Metro campuses and are available to students everywhere via Zoom (a synchronous videoconferencing program). The use of Zoom technology provides an alternative to fully online, asynchronous programs for students in all areas of the state who prefer the real-time, face-to-face educational experience.

Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis

The Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis is a 33-credit, twelve-course sequence for individuals wish to pursue additional coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis. The Association for Behavior Analysis International has verified the following courses toward the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst®️ or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst®️ examination. Applicants will need to meet additional requirements before they can be deemed eligible to take the examination.

BIG ABA Clinic

Students in Klamath Falls have the opportunity for paid experience working in the BIG ABA clinic providing EIBI, behavior reduction social skills, and feeding therapy under the supervision of Dr. Dawn Bailey.

Undergraduate Coursework

B.S. Applied Psychology with BCaBA® Course Sequence

This undergraduate five course sequence is integrated within the Applied Psychology BS degree program. The Association for Behavior Analysis International has verified these courses toward the coursework requirements for eligibility to take the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst®️ examination. Applicants will need to meet additional requirements before they can be deemed eligible to take the examination.

Demand for Behavior Analysts continues to grow as indicated in this

The 2014 survey conducted by the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA) reported that the modal income for behavior analysts was between $65,000 and $75,000, with 30% reporting income over $75,000. Behavior analysts reported working in a variety of areas including autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, education, child welfare, brain injury, corrections and delinquency, and organizational behavior management.
