Fees

Below are the fees students attending the Online campus commonly see:

  • Matriculation Fee - In your first term as a degree-seeking online student you will see a $50 Online Matriculation fee on your account. This is a one-time, non-refundable, fee charged after you've registered in your first class.
  • Online Technology Fee - In addition to tuition charges, each online course has an online technology fee of $65. This pays for a "seat" in Canvas, our online software. This fee also supports the equipment and technical staff required for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech to offer online courses.

Please also note the sidebar links that outline additional fees that may be charged for late payment and class drops.

Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech reviews tuition rates annually. Once the tuition rate is set for an academic year there are no changes during the year.

Once you are registered in an online course, you are fully responsible for the tuition and fees. You are also responsible for dropping courses in a timely manner. Please review carefully the links on this page to understand your responsibilities.

Online students may be eligible for financial aid. Students who want to receive financial aid must be fully admitted* to Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech and must be enrolled in at least six credit hours per term. The first step is to file the FAFSA and add school code 003211 for Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Tech. Graduate students are evaluated for federal loans and the work-study program.
